We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that a restocking fee may apply to complete bike builds that have been assembled.
Do Evil Bikes come with a warranty?
Yes, all our frames are backed by a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects for the original owner, ensuring you can shred with total peace of mind.
Can I customize my suspension setup before delivery?
Absolutely. During the checkout process, you can provide your rider weight and preferences, and our technicians will perform a baseline sag setup before boxing your bike.
